Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders process within 2 business days. Delivery takes 10–14 business days from the date your order ships. We ship to US addresses only.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders $50 and over. $5.95 flat rate on orders under $50.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use that number on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Who pays for return shipping?
On change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover it — see below.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do?
Email a photo to hello@neatlylife.com. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return required.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

What are the products made of?
The Desk Tray is solid wood with a leather-look PU lining. The Cable Box is ABS with a natural bamboo lid. No hollow plastic, no printed cardboard.
Will the Desk Tray fit in my drawer?
The Desk Tray is 11.75″ W × 7.75″ D. Measure your drawer before ordering. Height is [FILL IN].
