Shipping

We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days within the US. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our hands.

We ship within the United States only. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Returns

We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at hello@neatlylife.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping costs

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping in full. For all other returns, return shipping is at your cost.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us at hello@neatlylife.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund — your choice.
